1. Initial Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the tuition program, each child must meet the following requirements:
• Financial Need:
• Comes from a low-income or impoverished household (verified through community leader, pastor, teacher, or local partner organization).
• Family unable to consistently pay for school tuition and fees.
• Age & Grade Level:
• School-age children (typically 5–18 years old).
• Must be enrolled or seeking enrollment in an accredited primary or secondary school.
• Residency:
• Must reside in the local community or region where the program operates.
• Commitment to Education:
• Parent/guardian must agree to support the child’s regular attendance.
• Student must express willingness to attend school regularly.

2. Length of Support
• Initial Award: Granted for one academic year.
• Renewal: Support is renewable annually based on performance, attendance, and conduct.
• Maximum Duration: Up to graduation from high school or until the child reaches 18 years old (whichever comes first).

3. Retention & Continuation Requirements
To remain in the program, students must:
• Academic Performance:
• Maintain at least a C average (70%) or equivalent.
• Show effort and improvement if grades are below average (special consideration given if barriers exist).
• Attendance:
• At least 85% attendance rate unless excused for illness or family emergencies.
• Conduct:
• Show respectful behavior toward teachers and peers.
• No repeated disciplinary issues.
• Engagement:
• Participate in at least one community or school activity when available.

• Quarterly Review: Teachers or school administrators submit a short progress report.
• Annual Review: Program staff or local partners review academic reports, attendance, and behavior records before renewal.
• Mentorship Support: If a child struggles, the foundation may provide tutoring, mentoring, or family counseling (if resources allow) before discontinuing support.

• Failure to meet academic or attendance standards after support/intervention.

• Withdrawal from school without valid reason.
